Client project material and technical information are handled separately under our Confidentiality terms.

Information submitted through the Start a Project form is reviewed by Volvix Systems for the purpose of evaluating the project and determining the appropriate next step.

Please only submit information and files that you are authorised to share.

Confidentiality and ownership of project material are addressed separately on our Confidentiality and IP & Ownership pages and, where applicable, in the agreements governing the project.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and project submission information for one year after the enquiry or submission is received, unless a longer period is required for an active project, legal obligation or other legitimate business purpose.

Documents and project information may be retained for the period required by the applicable project agreement, legal obligations or legitimate business requirements.

We do not keep personal information indefinitely without a reason to do so.

Third party services

We use third party services to operate the website and handle submitted information. These may include Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure, Cloudflare for domain and DNS services, and our email and project submission systems for handling enquiries.
